I actually agree with two of those. The rest, IMO, are non-starters because the stated goal of FAA is eventually EVERYTHING will have remote id. As the first several do not ultimately lead to that goal, I believe the FAA will reject such suggestions.
However, the modular compliance is the long term solution. I can support that.
