With this 12x12.5 apc you would be richening off of peak which would put the fa100 at around 9400 rpm on the ground. With your WM 46 size P51 I think the prop would unload something like 600-800 rpm in the air and the fa100 would then be spinning that 12x12.5 at around 10100 rpm and flying by at around 104 mph straight and level. I'd say the 12x12.5 apc would be a better choice than a 12x12 apc.
