My smaller su27 tends to be the same during approach even with heavy noseweight CG. I think the aerodynamical center of lift somehow moves forward with increased AoA.
haven't found a perfect cg yet , I crashed it after go around... lots of repair to do
I shifted the CG now just in front of the forward spar and the jet is now perfect, landings are completely stable now.
