Yes, I have come to that conclusion.

Seeing as I have to replace several nimh, I'm doing my research on A123/life PLUS a new charger. Unfortunate, but new(er) battery technology requires newer charging technology (I can only do up to lipo).

No point in going back to nimh at this point as I"m getting back into the hobby again.
