The BMP is probably a huge (bit-wise) file. Doubtful if your profile mailbox could contain it and if you're using a modem for up-loads, forget it! The thing to do it to convert it to a more-friendly format - JPG, for example. Using MicroSoft PhotoEditor open the BMP image and then resave it as a JPG image. Depending on the physical size, the file can be uploaded quickly using any protocol. Hope this helps.
