Mine is set up with a Saito 72 and flies great. I like your idea on main gear bolts. One thing you might consider is changing out the tailwheel assembly with something else....the stock version wears out pretty quickly. I've got an older sig tailwheel assembly for a Rascal 40 that I plan on installing on mine. That said....

I happen to have a brand new Rascal 80 on the shelf, bought it as a spare for my Rascal 80. Not sure what the ETA is from Sig but I'd sell you this one if you're interested....
