My manual is somewhere in the basement, but my 2008 vintage ARF is back on the workbench to get set up for the first flight sometime this summer if the COVID-19 lockdown is lifted here in Ontario.
Flip over your model and look for a flat spot (where the liquid foam was injected into the wing moulds) about 2.5 CM in diameter, about 11.5 CM in front of the landing gear bracket and about halfway between the line of the landing gear bracket and the leading edge. The balance point (CofG) is the center of that flat spot. I put a pen dot in the center of that flat spot.
Took a picture of my scissors pointing out that spot but my laptop is not talking with my cellphone at the moment. Meanwhile, I'm going to try to get one of my rules in the right spot so you'll understand the geometry that I'm trying to describe.
