The model is all fiberglass, and appears to have been painted in the mound.
Based on the internal construction which has foam cored carbon fiber bulkheads my guess is that this was a kit designed to be finished by the customer. (I could be wrong here?)
No working airlerons or rudders. Control surface is elevons.
