Just for confirmation, the tanks are 2 plasma bags in each wings ? No kevlar or fiber tanks, is it correct ?
No flaps for the landing, the plane is slow enough for a nice landing.
For the CG, I'll get the manual for you, I sold the plane to a friend and he has the manual, I'll do you a copy.

Just something to keep in mind, don't do the maiden with a lot of cross wind, the F22 has huge rudder surface and without rudder control it can be tricky to manage.
