ESC Question from a Noob
Hello all...I have been flying about 8 months and have never put together an electric ARF model. I bought a Ultimate AMR that I'm assembling. My question is...it shows in the diagram where to place the ESC..but in the diagram the plastic "hard shell" is still wrapped around the ESC. Should that plastic be taken off? If not, doesn't it interfere with the purpose of the heat sink on the ESC? And if the plastic covering comes off it exposes all the electrical parts to everything. I'm thinking that plastic stays on...help!!! Thanks.
