Yes, tanks are two plasma bags. One in each wing. Thanks for your help and advice. At this time of year we do have an annoying cross wind at our flying site. A copy of the manual would be awesome. Many thanks. Your help very much appreciated.

Ok here are the setup details :
-Elevator throws : +/-40mm
-Ailerons (tailerons) : +/-25mm
Elevons are in neutral position when aligned with the horizontal plan of the wings.
CG : tanks
FULL and landing gear extended : 130mm at the back of the front hatch
With a 90 type motor, fill tanks with 2.5 liters
With a 140 or 160 size, fill tanks with 3 liters
