Since the jeti DS12 is too new to me, I decided to set up the Xcalibur in my 10CAP Futaba, I took it to the field today with the intentions to fly it, but it didn't cooperated, at the field the Jetronics valve just didn't want to work as it should ( crap ) and the engine didn't want to start, last time it was run was like a year or nearly two years ago, I finally got it going after two or 3 fail starts with flames ( lots ) it starts now but it needs some adjustments to eradicate the all the flames during the start up sequence.
My friend Raffy gave me a hand with the engine.
I use a ACEX (Swiwin) 80. I ran my engine yesterday for the first time since October. I did not get a successful start on the first attempt. I went through the “learn RC” setup as I did the first time last year. After that the engine started right up. Performed test taxi and brake test operations.
