Thanks Alice, I'll give it a read. I have learnt heaps by troubleshooting my own engine, and the wrecked one I got with a whole lot of parts!

I learnt that the TRX pro 15 is a mongrel to get the front bearing out of!

I have just bought a second hand Kyosho One-V S3 very cheaply, and found that a piston and sleeve is $40 here in NZ compared to the Traxxas $165 also I can build a whole new engine for it for $120 with brand new parts.
