Sig Kwik Built Super Chipmunk canopy
Here is a new manufactured replacement canopy for the Sig Kwik Built series Chipmunk kit. Not available from Sig Co. anymore. I am scratch building the 64" wing span model as a fiberglass version and therefore needed to reproduce the canopy. Mold was made from an original kit canopy. New canopies are produced with .030 plastic (same as original kit canopy) by a vacuum forming company. Due to minimum quantities I have to order, I end up with some extra I can pass on. Comes as clear only (one photo shows painted frame for reference only). Note: this would probably work well for the other 64" span Chipmunk kits that were produced. My research showed the Sig canopy had the best scale shape. Shipping USPS $8.00 PaPal only please.
