Default Help with my GP Pitts PLEASE!!

Ok, just finishing up my GP Pitts, it took me awhile to get back to working on it after I recovered from my depression when the Christen Eagle came out just after I bought this one. I've got an OS FF-320 in it, can't wait to hear it run. One thought I have is why GP calls this an S-2 when it is actually an S-1, oh well, irrelevant.

Ok two things, I put the wing on it, to start working on the aileron hook ups. I went with two servos and am using the control rod connection method. When I operate the ailerons, I get wing warpage at the last portion of the throw. I am thinking that I do not have the connection in the right place for the control rod and it is putting incorrect torque on the wing. I need to know if anyone has used this method, and where you hooked up the control rod on the ailerons.

Second, I adjusted the rudder, elevator, throttle, and all went well. When I started using the ailerons today, as I would use them, I would get jittering in the system, inconsistent movement. It was worse at first, then it mellowed out a little bit, any ideas what would cause this? The radio and rx are brand new, never been used. Futaba PCM.
