Did you free up any channels before trying to use TWIN ENG mating function in the Wing Type menu? Initially all the channels on the 12X are assigned. Before using the mating function in the Wing Type menu, you have to inhibit the output of the channels you wish to use for the mating in the Device Sel menu. Select the outputs of those channels and press the roller selector switch to change them from ACT to INH.
