Unfortunately the manual for the Blackout isn't very detailed, all they give you is an exploded parts diagram for you to figure out on your own how things go together:

That said, if I were you I would go through a manual for a similar car that is based on a kit which gives you step by step instructions. The following example isn't going to be exactly how your car goes together, but will give you a very detailed look and will be filled with lots of build tips to keep in mind:
