I got an email a while back from rctank that vat would only be excluded for orders for non-EU customers if the order was greater than some amount i cannot remember. 20 € or something?

Its not a big deal but I have ordered small items before and paying vat twice sticks in the throat a bit.

just means waiting til i have an order for a few things to get over the limit.
