I've read here that folks had success with 60N turbines. So, a 70N turbine should be enough. CARF recommends 70-85N for the Joker but it seems everyone puts a 100N in it.
A bit off topic, but why does your field restrict altitude to 250'? Are you inside of controlled airspace?
