Tested works well no binding run on some coarse granulate above a fine sand which had issued prior only going on what i have experienced highly recommend doing this and ripped thru it .
not sure if all track guides being solid centres produced a slower track speed i have noticed a vast difference in improvement being on metal tracks next place on Tamiya plastic tracks see what happens .
