You could also call and talk to Tyler Dobbs, I'd bet he would be willing to discuss it with a member. I have participated in two teleconferences in the past 3 months where Tyler has discussed this, and other regulation-related issues.
I'm sure you realize that this forum, with its plethora of "expert" naysayers is the absolute *last place* an AMA person would discuss these issues.
