I presented a (question) about looking for potential alternatives to my current insurance method, since I now own a few acres. Spent most of the conversation explaining to her what a model airplane or helicopter was, how big, how fast, how heavy, etc. She had no knowledge of such things, only that they existed.

Although she was going to discuss this with her superiors, het opinion was that their product was not suitable for "traditional model aircraft or helicopters ". That being said, I do have calls and emails in to other providers, and I will hear back from her if she learns differently.
