Feel free to pursue this further. Me, I’ve come to the conclusion that very few, if any, are interested in developing such insurance policies, especially for a rate that is competitive with what we currently have. Being primary is not worth the additional cost, at least for me. I have to carry homeowners insurance regardless, so.....
And I am still waiting to see what Lloyds says, since they claim to insure any and everything.
