Have you tried it without the Champion. In other words, a couple of servos plugged directly into the receiver? At least you would know if issue was on transmitting end or receiving end.
I've only got PBR-26D's. They have to be connected to a PowerBox in order to work. I've got another Champion sitting around and can see if that'll make a difference.
