Howdy everyone, I recently got my hands on a PICA 1/5th Waco. I was looking for one and I didn't know it but I actually almost bought one from one of the Waco brothers CTflyboy (George). I eventually found one that popped up on eBay and as of now, I'm in process of getting all my materials in order and parts cut out. The one I got is the older blue plane version. I was hoping someone could e-mail me a copy of the updated manual. As many of you know the original manual is pretty vague, and I think the better manual will help me. I also am wanting to put a counterbalance on the rudder and I am wondering if there is a drawing, measurements, or something that can tell me the correct proportions of it. If anyone can help me let me know. I'm sure I'll have more questions as I go along but this thread has so much information and helpful people that I'm sure I won't have any issues.
