Airboats spin out because there is nothing to keep them running straight or to prevent sliding in turns - no rudder in the water, no keel, no strakes. Too, excessive air rudder deflection can make this worse. Installing three or four 3mm x 3 mm wood strips in parallel along the bottom (at the chines and in the center) will act S mini-keels and help to reduce the sliding and spinning, as will reducing air rudder deflection….but they probably won’t completely eliminate it. Reducing power and speed in the turns can help too.
Does the water on the sides present a problem? It isn’t directly causing the spinning out. A photo might help.
