Yes it seems running too hot, 24x12 is the right propeller for the R90, 22x12 is for the FG84.
20:1 is not enough use 15:1 and try to baffle it.
Also try to stay around 5900/ 6000 RPM max on ground, it will take close to 7000RPM in dive.
