There is lots of jet activity on the US east coast. I highly recommend you hook up with some jet pilots in your area. It is really helpful and important IMO to get some good advice and counsel when getting started. It's been done solo but you can avoid lots of pit falls and learn faster if you have a local coach. Feel free to reach out and I'm sure you will find lots of help. I started with RAM 750/1000 and JetCat 120 gas start turbines many years ago and they all ran great. Keep asking for advice, there are no dumb questions. Jets are really fun. Good luck getting started.
