I am starting to look at other power plants incase my Moki 180 will end up too heavy for the Capiche 140. I have just worked out that engine, silencer, mount, prop and fuel will equate to around 4.5lbs when fuelled up! Maybe the Saito 150?
Maybe the 180 will be fine and just be the 140 size equivalent of that 91fx powered Capiche 50, but i still have to get the £100 aviation alloy silencer, which would end up me spending £330 in total on the engine. It might be better off cutting my losses and going for a part exchange, especially considering Just engines are doing a Christmass special price for a Saito 150 of £320.
What do you guys think? I really like my Saito 72 powered Capiche 50, so maybe it makes sense to have a Saito powered 140ex too!
