Did you ever complete your test with the Kleen-flo starter fluid? I did fine another brand from NAPA - Johnsen's Premium Starting Fluid 50%, 10.7oz that is 60& ether, I have read this will work also. Is has been awhile since anyone has posted on this subject. Diesel is a very viable power option but only is we can get reasonable price fuel that doesn't smelt to high heaven. I think the Kero is the element that leaves the aroma that lingers and causes wife's to make us strip before entering the house. I did read that simple hair shampoo will eliminate this smell and could be used as a plane and body cleaner after flying. I will need to try it.
