I flew mine a fair bit this past summer. I have the V2 and although it flies very nicely it is HEAVY and sluggish doing pattern maneuvers. The wings, tail and rudder all have a lot of heft to them. I am on the fence weather to spend some money and time to lighten it up or fly it one more season and get something else. The main issue with the weight is that heavy feel in the sticks... As a result of the heft it fly's much better fast which is not really what I wanted. I was hoping for that nice slow constant speed but precise flying the V1 demonstrated. The V1's were much, much lighter (like over 2kg lighter.) It still lands okay - but I also had to upgrade from my Behotec C50's to Electron ER50's as the C50's were really borderline at my 21.5kg dry weight (8mm pins could not take cross wind landings for example.)

In comparison - my friend has a Rebel Max which is substantially larger and is 2kg lighter dry weight! The flying surfaces in particular are feather weight in comparison.
