For what it's worth here's some news for the crickets. Jonathan Rupprecht, RaceDayQuads lawyer in their lawsuit against the FAA, sent out an announcement today on RDQ's reply brief filing -
"pushing back on the FAA's false statements and legal justifications for remote ID":
