What's important is NOBODY has joined the lawsuit. The title of the email,
"Drone Pilots Strike Back ..."in big block letters tells me it's all hype.Remote ID or no Remote ID, Jonathan Rupprecht's business is providing services to commercial drone operators, waivers, compliance, etc. This is a hobby drone lawsuit. Rupprecht gets to send out emails and put his name out there.
