Default Proper use of flaperons

All the info in this 2003 thread is relevant to the current 90mm F16.I flew my model with tailerons but will now revert to flaperons.I am persuaded that flaps should only be used for takeoff as we all know how well the F16 does slow high alpha flight flaps up. I really think Freewing should provide guidance on setup and use of flaperons given the potential downsides. In particular,I am expecting that flapless landings will avoid the known issue of sudden pitch up on approach when speed reduces to a certain point. Hope these observations will be of interest to current F16 flyers.
