Actually, you didn't provide anything that that shows any compelling evidence of a club receiving a permanent altitude exemption.

There seems to be an awful lot of secrecy surrounding all of these supposed exemptions. I would think that the AMA and every club that has received one would want to publicize it and help other clubs to achieve the same. I'm curious as to your speculation regarding the hush-hush nature of these supposed exemptions. BH has stated a couple of times that, "plenty" of exemptions have been granted, but has yet to cite ANY examples. I find that extremely odd.
