I just did a bit of checking on the LeHeron sticker and found very little. I found that it is on every SIG model version of the Rascal has the decal. However, the 1950's/60's TopFlite's Jigtime series Rascal-18 did not have it, nor did the original Carl Goldberg Rascal. It must be a SIG-related decal.
