The printed parts weigh 5.4 oz. Add another 1.6 oz for paint, wood mount blocks and glue and we are at 7 oz. Twelve of these would add 5.25 lbs to the model. I've seen how this thing absolutely floats in the air, so 5 more pounds and some extra drag should not hinder performance.
Yes, lots of work to get it done, and I will make a final decision once I get the model.
