Default Lazy Ace 76" - Chuck Cunningham

Slow but steady building process of a Cunningham's Lazy Ace 76 inch wingspan.

Currently building this beautiful biplane. This is my fourth kit build (Fourstar 40, Eaglet 50, Eagle II in that order) and first biplane. I fell in love with the model when I saw it.
For several months kept chasing a kit until I found one on the Classifieds of another well know forum. Kit I think was partiall since I had to make the stab ribs from scratch, maybe 25% of the wood in the kit was not usable as well.
I did traced new plans in cad just to aid in the build and preserve the original plans, that already looked like an old 1600's pirate's treasure map.
This biplane will be powered with an RCGF20cc twin (originally designed for a .61 , Chuck alter recommended a .91), will be covered with koverall and dope and I'll add a few scale details as a practice for alter projects.
Hope you enjoy the pics as mch as I;m enjoying the build.

Regards

The box you see in the pics is the one I received with the kit, no inner box, just that, maybe older than me (I'm 45 yo.)
