Well, I actually bought all my gear for my MiniMax....170 bucks worth for a 20.00 plane....LOL
I ended up going with the NiMH 7 cell 800MAh battery and a hitec 555 with HS55 servos. I'll see how this combinations works for now and maybe pickup a second battery later.

Id really like to find out what people have done in strenthening the wing because one fellow told me he folded his on the first loop he did.

This is for another forum but on the Triton, it looks interesting but after reading everything I've found so far on it, and talking to a guy who actually owns one, I'm not completely convinced that the kinks are thoroughly worked out of it. I've read a lot of mixed reviews on this very forum and no one at my local hobby shops have any knowledge about them or the batteries. I may be completely misguided in my decision to not buying one yet, but having to find an alternative power source completely turns me off to the Triton. Is there a reason why it doesnt have a 110VAC wall plug in addition to the DC power leads? If it could be as convenient as my wattage PF12, I'd get one and go to LiPos.
