3D printing times are
highly suspect to factors such as
Layer Height,
Print Speed,
Acceleration, and
SquareCornerVelocity ( aka Jerk ) with the former two
also needing a proper foundation of a Nozzle/Heater Combo capable of supporting the
Volumetric Flow required to not ending up being the bottleneck. Things my
Mendel Style Prusa i3 MK3S would have printed in 2h
my CoreXY Voron 2.4 now does in between 30-40min - If you want to go fast then
CoreXY 3D Printers is the way to go and ideally also an enclosed one (
like the entire DIY Voron Lineup ) allowing the use of materials like
ASA ( a less P.i.t.A. form of
ABS super prone to warping and other issues ) which is generally more practical for both the speeds and later on also the postprocessing than materials like PLA, PETG, etc... would be.
