Lets refer back to the initial post. If the person wasn't putting us on with his spelling and grammatical errors, then we should all be very worried.
This individual has had the benefit of at least 18 years of public school education. I don't think that Cleveland would be too happy to have this person as a representative of the results of their school system.
Perhaps it's my middle aged reflex to youth but I seem to think that the country as a whole seems to be 'dumbing down' Or has education now been made to cater to the lowest common denominator.
I know it's an unkind post, but it is an observation.
