the M3 bolts are slightly larger diameter than the 4-40's, and I use 12 in lbs on them as well in the Thunder Tiger pro .40's.
That's very useful info thanks. I have not used a torque driver yet on a strip down and glad someone is able to provide some light on the numbers so that I can use the tool.
