Default RE: Capiche 140 EX and IC version

fact is that in order to make the power pay for the weight, it was the case you had to look at 62 cc minimum - for performance.

whilst I have not seen it in use (I have experienced the DA 150) the new DA50 probably takes up the title of suitable performance for weight penalty, and yes its cheaper to run.

As for a bigger Capiche ? Well these things take a lot of work you know, and as nice an idea as it is... what would it be used for ? Only pleasure... no interest to the IMAC boys, too big for F3a and AA competition..

As great an idea as it may be these things do have to make commercial sense...

Baron I think the 20-30cc petrol in the C50 would be poor.

I could not comment on suitability of the DA50 cos I aint laid my eyes on one, but if you want chepaer running then MOKI & ST are options.

The thing is you have to ask yourself about what you want to do with this model, and if you want the best flight performance then you want consistency, torque, and power... YS Im afraid.

Would be interesting to see the weight comparison between the DA 50, with a PROPER silencing system, and the YS. I say PROPER because I know the simple silencers often used in the states would cause serious noise troubles in the UK.
