Scratch build 1/5 frame question
Hi. I have a 25cc weedeater engine and want to put it into some kind of crude RC vehicle. I'm retired and need projects... ones that don't cost a lot.
First question is frame material. I'm thinking 1/2" 6061T6 square tubing, with plenty of struts. I can't weld aluminum though. Can I get light enough with some kind of steel? I can weld or braze that myself.
