As John said I don't think its enough to really effect how the engine runs and I'm sure the seat will not fall out but it does effect the slow speed compression because of what I have observed with the intake port pressure fluctuation with the valve closed.
Yup... a leak in the general area of the intake seat, be that a leaking valve or a leaking seat, will strongly affect the required needle settings for a good idle mixture and also affect the ability to "draw" fuel at idle.
