This tire is being created to run on concrete.

I have created a new TPU tire design with a small pocket for the EPDM band to lay in. It is not very deep but it does allow me to fit the band and roll one edge back add a bead of STARBOND CA to the center and then roll it back. At that point I can roll the other side back and glue it as well. With a little effort it works very well.


I should be clear that I am using a CA that is made for gluing tires. For the record, The STARBOND CA glue was moved to a different CA bottle as it is much easier for me to apply it from the INSTA-CURE+ bottle.
