You pay attention to the model/trailer and what's going on around it and you don't endanger anyone. Boat guy knows how to pull a trailer, so he'll have no issues at all flying a 20lb deadly weapon after 26 years since his Kadet Jr.
I don't see boat guy flying anything ever other than a keyboard. If he does I'm sure Franklin would advise him to crash a few foamies first before jumping to a plane that can kill someone.
