Their telemetry implementation & protocol while working fine could be considered a little dated compared to some others.
PowerBox, (obviously using a whole new platform not requiring backwards compatability) can handle 240 sensors all on the same bus (all individually addressable) and the bus can handle 800 (16 bit) telemetry values per second.
This capability opens the door to realtime telemetry control - for example real time throttle or surface control/overide for stall prevention and the like... or maybe a MCAS system...
