Nee to rc help redcat volcano exp install ezrun 4000kv g3

I'm new to new to RC but have a volcano exp and I bought n ezrun 3665g3 4000motor combo with esc and need some guidance for what pinion to get as well as main gear because the stock brushed 550 motor has a driveshaft smaller than the 5mm of the ez run and I know the min spur gear that's plastic will probably shred. I'm new to gearing combos etc so any help would be amazing
