However, I think your probably right about the cutoff increase. The gear will only draw the required amperage to function, correct? If they operate properly, i. e. not mechanically restricted in some manner, using the JP controller, then it makes sense that the amp cutoff should/could be raised.
I just was providing the Electron numbers as a reference, the JP will be different, but probably higher than the 1.0 Amp you current have set in the LGC 15. If your nose retract is working reliably then you current setting is pretty close, the main gear usually require a little more amperage because the wheel/brakes are heavier than the nose wheel.
